Role Description The Graphic Designer at S m ice cream mart will create and refine visual assets for the brand, including packaging elements, promotional materials, social media graphics, and in-store signage. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing digital and print-ready artwork, collaborating with marketing and store teams, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. The role also involves adapting designs based on feedback, maintaining design files, and preparing materials that support seasonal campaigns and new product launches. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate brand goals into effective visual communication.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all materials.
Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to ensure clarity, readability, and visual impact.
Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).
Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate constructive feedback.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
Formal education or training in graphic design or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
