Founded in 2008, Vertigo Media Performance is a digital marketing agency specializing in qualified lead generation. We support more than 350 clients across industries including insurance, energy, telecommunications, construction, and education.
Our team includes more than 50 specialists across Paris, Barcelona, and London. We are looking for a creative professional based in India to produce video and visual ads for our digital campaigns.
The role
You will turn marketing briefs into engaging advertising creatives, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram. Your work will include short videos, UGC-style ads, static images, and carousels.
You will collaborate with our Creative Team Lead and Head of Social Media Buying, using campaign feedback to improve your work and develop new variations.
Your responsibilities
Create and edit short video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Design static ads and carousels for digital advertising campaigns.
Produce UGC-style videos using supplied footage, clear storytelling, captions, and engaging hooks.
Create variations of ads by changing openings, visuals, messaging, and calls to action.
Adapt creatives to different formats, placements, and European markets using supplied copy and guidance.
Use AI tools to support concept development and content production.
Apply feedback from the creative and media buying teams to improve future ads.
Keep project files organized and deliver assets on time.
Essential skills
Practical experience editing short videos with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or a similar tool.
Ability to create clear, effective advertising visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or a similar tool.
A portfolio showing video editing and visual design skills. Personal and academic projects are welcome.
An understanding of Facebook and Instagram content formats.
A good eye for composition, typography, pacing, and detail.
Ability to follow a brief, respond to feedback, and produce multiple creative variations.
Clear communication in English and the ability to collaborate remotely.
Additional skills we value
Experience creating ads for paid social campaigns.
Familiarity with UGC-style content and direct-response advertising.
Experience with AI image, video, or voice tools.
Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
Interest in understanding how creative choices affect campaign performance.
Working conditions
Location: Fully remote, based in India.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Schedule: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM IST.
Compensation: USD 700 per month+monthly bonus
