PMC Representative | Interior Projects & Finishing Execution
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate interior fit-out and finishing works to ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Supervise site execution activities, including marble and tile flooring, wall panelling, veneer, ceiling, joinery, and other interior finishing works.
Coordinate with architects, clients, contractors, consultants, and MEP teams to resolve site issues and maintain smooth project progress.
Review BOQs, verify site measurements, prepare billing quantities, and support rate analysis and cost control.
Coordinate material planning, procurement requirements, delivery schedules, and material reconciliation to ensure timely availability at site.
Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, and compliance with approved samples and specifications; identify defects and follow up on corrective actions.
Track project progress, manpower deployment, pending activities, and work schedules to support timely completion.
Review and coordinate shop drawings, material approvals, and technical details with relevant stakeholders.
Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on snags, rectification works, housekeeping, and final handover requirements.
Facilitate coordination between PMC, design, execution, and vendor teams to maintain quality, timelines, and project standards.
