Head of Information Technology

Head IT (CISO) | Mumbai
Lead IT strategy, cybersecurity, data protection, IT governance and digital transformation.
Manage cloud based IT services, Microsoft 365, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SaaS applications, endpoints and infrastructure.
Establish and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS), security policies and annual cybersecurity roadmap.
Ensure ISO 27001 alignment, DPDP compliance, risk management and audit readiness; report key risks and incidents to leadership.
Oversee identity and access management, MFA, device security, vulnerability assessments and incident response.
Guide security governance for operational technology (OT), including vendor access, network segmentation and plant level controls.
Define data classification, retention, privacy and third party data protection practices.
Lead IT support, asset management, business continuity, backup and disaster recovery.
Drive secure automation and digital solutions with Operations, Finance, HR, Legal and other teams.
Manage technology vendors, SaaS contracts, service levels, licensing and costs; lead internal IT and cybersecurity resources.
Experience and qualifications: 10–15+ years in IT and cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent is required. SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud management experience is essential. Experience in power, infrastructure, renewable energy or IT/OT security is preferred; CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 or relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
