📌 Role Responsibilities
✅ Manage Facility Operations
Oversee daily operations of buildings, offices, and facilities.
Ensure facilities remain safe, functional, clean, and well maintained.
Coordinate maintenance schedules, inspections, and service requests.
✅ Supervise Maintenance & Service Teams
Manage technicians, contractors, vendors, and external service providers.
Monitor maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
✅ Manage Budgets & Resources
Prepare and monitor facilities budgets and operating expenses.
Oversee procurement of maintenance supplies, equipment, and services.
Review vendor performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
✅ Ensure Safety & Compliance
Maintain appropriate health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
Coordinate facility inspections, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness.
Support compliance with applicable UAE regulations and company procedures.
✅ Drive Operational Excellence
Monitor service quality, maintenance performance, and operational KPIs.
Prepare reports on facility conditions, expenditure, and maintenance activities.
Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and facility performance.
🎯 Qualifications
✔️ Proven experience in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance management.
✔️ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Knowledge of preventive maintenance, contractor management, and facility operations.
✔️ Experience with budgeting, procurement, and vendor coordination.
✔️ Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
✔️ A degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field is an advantage.
✔️ Relevant professional certifications and familiarity with UAE facility regulations are preferred.
