Snowman Logistics is one of India's leading temperature-controlled logistics companies, with a pan-India network of 48 locations across frozen, chilled and dry warehousing. We're looking for a seasoned HR leader to own our people agenda across a multi-location workforce of on-roll and contract staff.
🎯 What you'll do
Lead HR strategy, manpower planning and talent acquisition across sites
Run HR operations, statutory compliance, PMS cycle
Manage industrial relations, contract labour and manpower vendors with full compliance
Drive employee engagement, retention and talent development
Own HR policies, employee relations and grievance handling
Partner with senior leadership and lead the HR team
✅ What you bring
12–16 years in HR, ideally in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or other multi-location operations
Strong hands-on IR and labour law expertise (CLRA, PF/ESI, Shops & Establishments, new Labour Codes)
Proven HR leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to combine strategy with on-ground execution
Excellent communication and team management
