Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and technically sound Technical Project Coordinator to bridge the gap between clients, internal IT and development teams, vendors, and project management. The role involves coordinating technical issue resolution, supporting healthcare technology implementations, and ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with clients to understand technical issues, software glitches, and implementation-related concerns.
* Document technical issues clearly and coordinate with IT/development teams for investigation and resolution.
* Track reported issues, maintain issue logs, follow up on pending tickets, and ensure timely updates.
* Coordinate with external vendors for technical support, installations, and maintenance.
* Support the Project Manager with project tracking, implementation schedules, progress reports, and task follow-ups.
* Maintain technical documentation, meeting notes, resolution records, and project updates.
* Work closely with IT, product, implementation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to improve documentation, reporting, and day-to-day productivity.
* Visit client sites as required for implementation support and technical coordination.
Requirements
* B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field; BCA candidates are also eligible.
* 1–2 years of experience in IT support, technical coordination, implementation, or project coordination.
* Basic understanding of software applications, computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools.
* Strong communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
* Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
