🚨 We’re Hiring: Telecaller – Recovery & Collections
📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: ₹12,000–₹19,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
👨💻 Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
About the Role
We are looking for motivated, confident, and target-oriented candidates to join a Recovery & Collections team handling a Personal Loan portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue personal loan payments.
- Follow up with customers for pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
- Communicate professionally and encourage timely repayments.
- Resolve basic customer queries and payment-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate call records and collection updates in CRM software.
- Coordinate with the field collection team when required.
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.
- Escalate complex cases to the team leader or supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good Hindi communication skills; basic English is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally and work towards targets.
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month.
- Experienced Candidates: ₹12,000–₹19,000 per month.
