The studio operates primarily from London, Milan, and Paris but is now working on projects that will be activated in New York.
Role Description The Freelance Location Scout is a temporary remote role responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing locations in New York for upcoming fashion event projects. Tasks include researching potential venues, conducting virtual and on-site recce when required, documenting location details, and presenting clear options to producers. The role involves coordinating with property owners, local authorities, and vendors to confirm availability, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with permits and regulations. The location scout will collaborate closely with the lead production team in London. and then with local producers, creative, and logistics teams. The location scout will be required to organise and attend site visits.
Qualifications
Experience in location scouting.
Understanding fashion event production environments, especially fashion shows and their specific location needs.
Strong research skills and the ability to source, compare, and assess diverse locations very quickly.
Ability to attend site visits in Manhattan
