Coordinator of Volunteers

Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a part-time, remote role responsible for organizing and supporting volunteer activities within the JOBS EVERYDAY PAKISTAN community. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling volunteers to assist with content sharing, member support, and group moderation. The coordinator will provide guidance and training to volunteers, ensure they understand their responsibilities, and maintain clear communication channels. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring group activity, responding to volunteer and member inquiries, coordinating outreach campaigns, and tracking volunteer engagement. The role also supports the group’s mission by promoting collaboration between volunteers, job seekers, and recruiters.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills to effectively recruit, onboard, and guide volunteers.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with volunteers, job seekers, and recruiters in a professional and inclusive manner.
Candidates should possess experience in Community Outreach to build relationships, promote group activities, and expand the volunteer network.
Candidates should ideally have organizational and time-management skills to handle schedules, track participation, and manage multiple tasks in a part-time remote environment.
Candidates should preferably have prior experience coordinating volunteers, working with online communities, or supporting career or job-placement initiatives.
Candidates should be comfortable using LinkedIn and other digital tools to manage communication, group activities, and volunteer coordination.
