DRS Gems & Jewels Pvt. Ltd. is a Lucknow-based wholesale silver jewellery company with a growing team and a strong client network. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to strengthen our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and develop wholesale customers and retailers, ensuring strong, long-term relationships
Plan sales strategies, set targets and drive revenue growth
Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable silver jewellery products and designs
Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments and after-sales service
Track sales performance, prepare reports and share market feedback with management
Coordinate with the production, dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order fulfilment
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer handling and relationship-building ability
Team handling and leadership qualities
Sharp analytical thinking, logical reasoning and good problem-solving ability
Pleasant, professional personality and presentation
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Qualification & Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in sales : [3] years
Must be a resident of Lucknow
