Role Description The Travel Consultant at TalesByDora is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. In this position, the consultant will advise clients on destinations, itineraries, and travel options, ensuring each trip aligns with their preferences and budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end travel arrangements, handling bookings and reservations, coordinating transportation and accommodation, and providing timely, accurate information on travel requirements. The role also involves delivering high-quality customer service, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships, as well as collaborating with internal teams to support promotions, packages, and special offers.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills, with experience advising clients and planning complete itineraries.
Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, hotels, tours, and other services accurately and efficiently.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and resolve client concerns.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency with travel booking tools, reservation systems, and common office software.
Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad and collaborate effectively with a small, dynamic team.
Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operations environment is preferred.
Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
