Data Analyst

Role Description The Data Analyst role at Trident Tech Labs is a full-time role. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, build reports and dashboards, and generate insights to support research and product initiatives. This role involves performing exploratory data analysis, applying statistical methods, and creating data models to inform decision-making for projects in AI, cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and product teams, communicate findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats, and help improve internal data processes and tools.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
Solid foundation in Statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, and basic probability concepts.
Experience with Data Modeling for structuring, visualizing, and optimizing data to support reporting and product features.
Effective Communication skills for presenting analyses, writing clear documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, spreadsheets, and at least one analytics or visualization platform (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Experience in technology research, AI, cybersecurity, or developer tools is a plus, as is familiarity with open-source ecosystems.
