📢 WE ARE HIRING | PRODUCTION MANAGER
🏭 Industry: Sheet Metal Manufacturing
📍 Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production, quality, and timely delivery.
🔹 Candidate Requirements
Age: 35–45 years
Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in the sheet metal industry
Strong knowledge of production planning, shop-floor management, manpower handling, and quality control
Ability to optimize productivity, minimize wastage, and meet production targets
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
Must be willing to relocate to Rajkot, if not already based locally
📍 Preference: Candidates currently residing in Rajkot and nearby areas will be preferred.
🎯 Ideal Candidate: A hands-on manufacturing professional who can manage day-to-day production operations and drive operational efficiency.
