Frolic Gear is a sportswear brand specializing in high-quality, performance-driven apparel for teams, athletes, and sports communities. Our product range includes custom team kits, running apparel, cricket uniforms, and institutional sportswear.
We combine performance fabrics, functional designs, comfort, and durability to deliver customized sportswear solutions for running events, sports clubs, schools, corporates, and other institutions.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete merchandising process, from customer requirements and order planning to production coordination and final delivery.
Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of orders.
Track order status, production timelines, fabric and trims availability, and inventory levels.
Prepare and maintain product specifications, costing sheets, order details, and merchandising reports.
Coordinate sampling, approvals, size sets, and production follow-ups to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Understand customer requirements and work closely with clients to ensure accurate execution of customized sportswear orders.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, product pricing, and customer preferences.
Support sales activities by recommending suitable products, pricing, and merchandising solutions.
Ensure product quality, attention to detail, and adherence to agreed delivery schedules.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in merchandising, preferably in sportswear, apparel, garments, or textile manufacturing.
Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, sizing, costing, and production processes.
Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders, suppliers, and deadlines simultaneously.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic office applications.
A diploma or degree in Apparel Merchandising, Fashion, Textiles, Business, or a related field will be an advantage.
