Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Shift: US Shift (6PM - 3AM) M - F
Experience: 2+ years in US staffing preferred
Raya Workforce is looking for hands-on US Non-IT Recruiters who understand the US staffing process and can manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through candidate submission, interviews, and placement.
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
Engineering — Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Project Engineering
Manufacturing, Industrial, and Skilled Trades
Construction, Maintenance, and Quality
Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations
Healthcare or Allied Health recruitment is an added advantage
What you'll be doing:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US non-IT requirements.
Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Boolean searches, and other sourcing channels.
Understand job requirements and identify candidates who genuinely match the client's needs.
Conduct initial candidate conversations and evaluate experience, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
Coordinate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and follow-ups.
Work closely with the BDM and delivery team to prioritize requirements and close positions.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipeline updates.
What we're looking for:
Hands-on experience in US non-IT recruitment.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
Understanding of US staffing workflows and work authorization.
Good communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Ownership, consistency, and a focus on quality submissions and placements.
