Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our team on-site in Chennai. In this role, you will handle the end-to-end recruitment process for legal positions, including identifying talent, conducting interviews, and consulting with clients to match candidates with their ideal roles. You will also work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies and maintain strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting practices
Proficiency in Consulting and providing tailored hiring solutions
Skilled in conducting Interviews and assessing candidate suitability
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in legal recruitment is a strong advantage
Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
