Treasury Manager

Role Description The Treasury Manager at Capture High is responsible for overseeing cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships within a dynamic startup advisory environment. This part-time, remote role involves monitoring daily cash positions, managing cash flow forecasts, and supporting funding and investment decisions across multiple projects and clients. The Treasury Manager will implement treasury policies, optimize payment and collection processes, and help manage foreign currency exposure where applicable. The role includes preparing treasury reports and dashboards for leadership, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and coordinating with finance, accounting, and advisory teams. The Treasury Manager will also contribute to improving treasury systems and processes suitable for early-stage and growing startups.
Qualifications
Strong experience in cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations in a corporate or startup environment.
Knowledge of banking products, payment systems, and treasury tools; comfort working with online banking platforms and financial software.
Solid understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, with the ability to interpret financial data and prepare concise reports.
Familiarity with risk management concepts, including currency, interest rate, and credit risk, and related controls and policies.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time, remote setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and client-facing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA, CPA) are a plus.
Experience working with startups, advisory firms, or high-growth companies is highly beneficial.
