About the Role: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and manage drives across various college campuses.
Screen applications and resumes to shortlist potential candidates.
Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth selection process.
Manage and update job / internship listings across career portals, social media platforms, and college networks.
Support the planning and execution of company events, including placement drives and career fairs.
Actively participate in campus placement activities to promote employer branding and attract top talent.
Internship Details:
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Intern will be offered full time role based on performance
CTC (Post PPO): ₹3 LPA to ₹6 LPA
