Role Description The Mw Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for coordinating microwave (MW) network activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking installation, commissioning, and integration tasks. The role involves daily communication with field teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure timely execution of MW projects, resolution of site issues, and adherence to technical and safety standards. The Mw Coordinator will maintain project documentation, update progress reports, and support quality checks related to MW links and associated infrastructure. The role also requires close coordination with internal engineering and operations teams to optimize workflows and support successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong coordination, project tracking, and organizational skills to manage multiple MW sites and activities simultaneously.
Candidates should possess basic microwave transmission, telecom network, and RF concepts to understand MW link planning, installation, and troubleshooting.
Candidates should possess proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting tools for documentation, status updates, and data analysis.
Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with field teams, vendors, and client representatives.
Candidates should possess problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify issues early and support timely resolution.
Relevant experience in telecom project coordination, MW rollout, or network deployment will be highly beneficial.
A diploma or degree in engineering, telecommunications, or a related technical field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, adapt to dynamic project requirements, and follow safety and compliance guidelines is required.
