Role Description The Talent Engagement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role focuses on driving end-to-end talent engagement activities, including sourcing and attracting candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing communication with candidates, supporting employer branding initiatives, updating recruitment trackers, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role also involves using digital tools and platforms to enhance recruiting efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement of talent engagement processes.
Qualifications
2 to 4 yrs Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Employer branding and candidate experience capabilities, including promoting the organization’s value proposition to talent.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Interviewing skills, including conducting structured discussions, assessing fit, and providing objective feedback.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort using HR and recruitment technology platforms, applicant tracking systems, and professional networks.
Prior experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related field; experience in technology or consulting environments is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
