As we scale our luxury catering and events business in Bengaluru, we’re building a team that can deliver premium hospitality standards, consistently, at scale. If you’ve trained in luxury hotels, premium catering or high-end F&B and want to bring that polish to some of the city’s most prestigious weddings, corporate events and private celebrations, we want to talk to you.
F&B Service Ops Manager
Own service execution end-to-end : From pre-event planning, CCG, briefings to live floor management. Ideal for someone with a luxury hotel or premium catering background who knows what flawless service delivery looks like and can build SOPs, train teams and hold the line on standards under pressure.
🔹 Butlers : White-glove, personalized service for our Privé and top-tier clientele. We’re looking for candidates with formal butler training or luxury hospitality experience — someone who understands discretion, anticipation and the small details that define a premium guest experience.
🔹 F&B Service Associates : The frontline of our service — banquets, weddings and corporate events. Prior experience in 5-star hotels, fine dining or luxury catering preferred. Polished, guest-first, and comfortable working at scale without compromising on finesse.
