Role description
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you turn our leads, and the candidates you find yourself, into hires who show up on day one.
What you’ll do:
Call and screen the candidates we send you, and check their English, eligibility and fit.
Find more candidates by posting our job ads in Facebook groups, on LinkedIn and in WhatsApp groups.
Book interviews, prepare candidates, and follow up until their first day.
Log every call and result in our sheet on the same day, using only our company number and tools.
Share your numbers every week: applicants, calls, interviews, show-ups and hires.
What we offer: a fixed monthly fee, pay for every hire, fully remote work, and a freelance contract. You’ll handle candidate data under a signed confidentiality agreement.
Qualifications
1 or more years in recruitment or candidate screening, ideally for call centres.
Experience posting job ads and finding candidates on Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp groups.
Fluent English (C1). You’ll be judging other people’s English.
Strong, friendly phone skills, and the persistence to follow up.
Confident with Google Sheets.
A laptop, a stable internet connection, and full-time availability.
