Role Description : AI-Assisted Full Stack Developer – Development + Deployment
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can build, modify, debug and deploy web applications independently.
Required Skills:
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Next.js
Backend: Node.js / Python and REST APIs
Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
Git & GitHub
AI-assisted development using tools like Replit, Emergent, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT/Codex, GitHub Copilot etc.
Ability to understand and modify existing code/scripts
API integration and third-party services
Domain, DNS and SSL configuration
Website/app hosting and production deployment
VPS / Cloud / platforms such as Vercel, AWS, DigitalOcean, Railway, Render etc.
Docker basics
Debugging production issues, logs and deployment errors
Basic security, environment variables and backups
Most Important:
The developer should be capable of taking a project from existing code to a fully working live website/application independently.
We are not looking for someone who only generates code using AI. You should understand the code, troubleshoot errors, make required modifications and handle the complete deployment process.
Responsibilities:
Develop new features
Modify existing scripts and applications
Integrate APIs and AI services
Fix bugs and technical issues
Manage GitHub repositories
Configure hosting, domains, DNS and SSL
Deploy frontend, backend and databases
Maintain and troubleshoot live applications
Preferred: 1–3 years of practical experience with real deployed projects.
