Role Description The Owner role at AXA Mansard is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing business operations, driving growth, and ensuring that customer needs are met through effective use of AXA Mansard’s Insurance, Health, Savings, and Investment solutions. On a day-to-day basis, the Owner will define strategic priorities, manage key relationships, and monitor performance against financial and operational targets. This role includes coordinating cross-functional initiatives, guiding marketing and sales efforts, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and risk management standards. The Owner will also lead continuous improvement efforts, support digital and remote service delivery, and foster a culture of ethical conduct and customer trust.
Qualifications
Strong background in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership with proven experience managing operations and driving growth.
Knowledge of insurance, health, savings, and investment products, with the ability to translate customer needs into appropriate solutions.
Strategic planning and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Relationship management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Experience working remotely, with strong self-management, decision-making, and digital collaboration skills.
Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk management practices within financial services or related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in insurance or investments are an advantage.
