About the Role
We’re looking for a Video Editor – Social Media & Marketing who can turn raw footage and ideas into engaging, high-retention content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, ads, and campaigns.
You’ll work closely with our Social Media, Content, Design, and Marketing teams to create videos that stop the scroll, tell a story, and drive engagement.
What You’ll Do
Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media, ads, and promotional videos.
Create strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds.
Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, SFX, and B-roll.
Edit trainer/personality-led content and repurpose long-form videos into Shorts/Reels.
Create multiple versions of content for different platforms.
Experiment with trending editing styles while maintaining Skillinabox’s brand.
Manage multiple edits, revisions, and short TATs.
Collaborate with the Social Media and Marketing teams.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience or a strong portfolio.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Working knowledge of After Effects.
Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, retention, and social media trends.
Attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
A “let’s make it happen” attitude with the ability to experiment and take ownership.
Compensation & Benefits
₹3 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA Fixed + ESOPs
