💼 Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
Generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage property inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Monitor sales performance and identify new business opportunities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of the real estate market.
