Role Description The Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and executing engineering projects from concept through completion. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and supporting design and implementation of electrical systems or related engineering components. The Project Engineer will also assist with risk assessment, resource allocation, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations, while contributing to process improvements and best practices across projects.
Qualifications
Strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with experience in designing, reviewing, and implementing technical solutions.
Proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating multidisciplinary project activities.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, and prepare clear technical reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
Experience with engineering tools, CAD/software, and industry standards applicable to electrical and project engineering work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to documentation and quality control.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
