Hiring: Junior Category Manager – Fashion & D2C

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Category Manager to oversee end-to-end category operations, from inventory planning and vendor coordination to production tracking and logistics fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory Management: Track stock levels, analyze sales trends, forecast demand, plan replenishment, and prevent stockouts and deadstock.
* Vendor Management: Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for sourcing, purchase orders, pricing, production schedules, and timely deliveries.
* Production Planning: Monitor manufacturing timelines, quality checks, and product readiness to ensure inventory arrives on schedule.
* Logistics & Fulfillment: Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure timely inventory movement, dispatches, and order fulfillment.
* Category Performance: Monitor product-wise and size-wise sales, inventory turnover, sell-through rates, and category profitability.
* Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with design, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth product launches and availability.
Who We’re Looking For
* 0–2 years of experience or relevant internships in D2C, fashion, apparel, e-commerce, or retail operations.
* Basic understanding of inventory, supply chain, and vendor coordination.
* Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and operational data.
* Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and attention to detail.
* Most importantly, someone with a strong learning aptitude, analytical mindset, and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
Prior expertise in every function is not required. We value curiosity, accountability, and the ability to learn quickly with guidance and training.
