Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Lalitpur. The Technician will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics on vehicles, following established procedures and safety guidelines. Daily tasks include identifying mechanical or electrical issues, completing repairs, replacing parts, and documenting work performed. The role also involves communicating clearly with colleagues or supervisors about findings, timelines, and any additional work required. The Technician is expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, use tools and equipment responsibly, and support a positive, respectful workplace environment.
Qualifications
Ability to perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics, routine maintenance, and standard repair procedures on a variety of vehicles.
Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, with attention to safety and proper handling.
Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy in documenting work, and ability to follow technical instructions and service manuals.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Prior experience as an automotive or technical service technician is preferred but not required; vocational training or relevant certification is an advantage.
Willingness to learn new techniques, adapt to updated tools or technologies, and participate in ongoing training.
