Animation Designer

Role Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Animation Designer to develop engaging visual content and compelling animations for digital media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and multimedia projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming creative concepts into visually appealing animations that communicate ideas effectively and align with project objectives. Responsibilities include developing storyboards, designing characters and visual elements, creating motion graphics, and producing two-dimensional or three-dimensional animations. The role involves collaborating with designers, illustrators, video editors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality visual assets. Additional duties include preparing animation sequences, refining visual transitions, adjusting timing and movement, incorporating sound effects, and ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines. The Animation Designer will also review creative briefs, organize project assets, incorporate feedback, and optimize animations for websites, social media platforms, advertisements, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate artistic creativity, technical proficiency, strong visual storytelling abilities, and a commitment to producing polished, engaging, and effective animation content.
Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of animation principles, visual composition, color theory, typography, and storytelling.
Proficiency in animation and design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
Ability to develop storyboards, visual concepts, character designs, and motion graphics.
Familiarity with two-dimensional and three-dimensional animation techniques.
Understanding of video editing, rendering, transitions, and post-production workflows.
Strong artistic judgment, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into effective visual solutions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and incorporate constructive feedback.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn new animation technologies, design techniques, and emerging creative trends.
