About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who understands the Saudi market, knows how to read consumer behavior, and can turn market insights into clear marketing strategies and opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, strategic thinking, brand positioning, and building marketing plans — not just execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market, competitor, consumer, and trend research
• Identify consumer insights, market gaps, and growth opportunities
• Develop and support marketing plans and campaigns
• Contribute to product and market positioning
• Define target audiences and customer segments
• Develop value propositions and marketing messages
• Translate insights into clear and actionable marketing recommendations
• Support new product launches and brand initiatives
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Marketing Planning, or Market Research
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behavior
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Good understanding of positioning, segmentation, and value propositions
• Strong strategic and critical thinking
• Ability to turn data and research into actionable marketing insights
• Experience in Luxury, Perfume, Coffee, Beauty, Lifestyle, E-commerce, or other consumer-focused brands is highly preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
