Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Mall Leasing and High Street Executive. The role involves identifying and securing leasing opportunities in malls and high street locations, building and maintaining relationships with property owners, developers, and tenants, and conducting site visits to evaluate properties. The executive will support negotiations, prepare and review leasing proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closure of leasing transactions. Daily responsibilities also include tracking market trends, maintaining accurate records of leads and deals, and providing regular updates and reports to management on pipeline and performance.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of retail real estate, including mall and high street leasing, and local Gurgaon market awareness.
Negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with property owners, developers, and tenants.
Ability to conduct site inspections, assess property suitability, and prepare clear leasing proposals and reports.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in basic MS Office tools and CRM or lead-tracking systems.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in an on-site field role, manage multiple leads, and meet timelines and targets.
Prior experience in real estate brokerage, leasing, or property advisory, preferably in retail or commercial segments.
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Comfort with frequent local travel within Gurgaon and surrounding areas, and commitment to ethical, compliant practices.
