Role Description The Sourcing Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing real estate sourcing opportunities to support MandateX’s mandates with developers, channel partners, and homebuyers. This full-time hybrid role is based in Navi Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include scouting and onboarding new channel partners and projects, maintaining relationships with developers, tracking inventory and pricing, and ensuring timely flow of information to internal sales and advisory teams. The Sourcing Manager will analyze market trends, negotiate terms with stakeholders, and support the creation of strategic sourcing plans that align with the company’s growth objectives. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and operations to ensure sourced opportunities are effectively positioned, documented, and executed.
Qualifications
Strong experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, or project acquisition, preferably in residential or commercial real estate.
Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making to identify viable projects and partnerships.
Solid skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship building with developers, brokers, and institutional partners.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align sourcing activities with business mandates and timelines.
Comfort with CRM tools, basic Excel and reporting, and maintaining structured records of inventory, leads, and partner performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey project value and strategic fit clearly and persuasively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or specialized real estate qualification is an advantage.
Proactive, detail-oriented work style, willingness to travel locally within Navi Mumbai/Mumbai region as needed, and ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
