Performance Marketer (Google + Meta) | Remote, India | Immediate joiners preferred
We run performance marketing for brands across Australia, UAE, India and Africa, and we’re building an AI video ad platform (The Digital Creators).
You’ll:
Build, run and optimise Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping, App) and Meta campaigns day to day
Brief and test creatives, and work out what’s actually driving results
Use AI tools (we use Claude) to analyse faster and automate reporting
You have:
3–5 years of hands-on campaign management, done yourself and not just “supported”
Experience at a small agency or startup
App campaigns or e-commerce experience (a big plus)
