Role Description The Store Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Store Executive will manage day-to-day store operations, including handling customer interactions, overseeing product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate stock records, supporting billing and cash handling, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the store, and assisting customers with product information and queries. The role also involves tracking sales performance, supporting promotional activities, and providing regular reports to management. The Store Executive is expected to follow company policies, uphold service standards, and contribute to a positive store environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
Candidates should possess practical Retail and Sales skills to manage store operations, merchandising, and sales targets.
Candidates should possess basic Commerce knowledge to handle billing, cash transactions, and inventory documentation.
Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, POS systems) and the ability to learn new tools.
Candidates should possess prior experience in retail, FMCG, or a similar store environment; experience in manufacturing-linked retail is an advantage.
Candidates should possess a minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
