Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality visual concepts, layouts, and designs for digital and print materials, including infographics, marketing collateral, logos, and branding assets. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements, creating design concepts, refining visuals based on feedback, and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. The role involves leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, managing timelines, and maintaining high standards of creativity and accuracy. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai, requiring regular coordination with internal teams and clients to deliver effective visual communication solutions.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including development of brand identities and visual guidelines.
Solid understanding of Typography and its application in clear, engaging visual communication.
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and related software).
Experience in leading design projects, providing creative direction, and mentoring junior team members.
Ability to translate complex information into clear, visually appealing infographics and layouts.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
