The Role
We are looking for an Associate with 2–5 years of post-MBA experience to join our Management Consulting team in Delhi NCR.
This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who can independently own modules within an engagement while working closely with senior members of the consulting team.
The Associate will work across multiple client engagements and industries, with significant exposure to senior client stakeholders and a wide variety of strategic and business problems.
The role requires a combination of structured problem-solving, strong research and analytical capabilities, excellent communication, and the ability to convert thinking into high-quality client deliverables.
This is a five-days-a-week, work-from-office role based in Delhi NCR and may involve travel to client locations depending on engagement requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Problem Solving
•Structure ambiguous business problems into clear questions, hypotheses and workstreams.
•Conduct primary and secondary research to develop a strong understanding of industries, markets, customers and competitors.
•Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify patterns, insights and implications.
•Develop strategic recommendations backed by evidence and sound business reasoning.
•Translate findings into clear frameworks, recommendations and actionable roadmaps.
Engagement Delivery
•Independently own defined modules and workstreams within consulting engagements.
•Develop high-quality presentations, reports, analyses and other client deliverables.
•Participate in and, where appropriate, facilitate client interviews, workshops and working sessions.
•Capture discussions effectively and translate them into insights, decisions and next steps.
•Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely completion of workstreams.
•Manage multiple priorities and engagements without compromising quality.
Research & Analysis
•Conduct market landscaping, competitor benchmarking, consumer/customer research and business model analysis.
•Work with primary research inputs including stakeholder interviews, customer conversations, surveys and field observations.
•Analyse business and market data using Excel/Google Sheets and other relevant tools.
•Synthesize large volumes of information into concise and decision-relevant insights.
Client & Stakeholder Management
•Interact confidently and professionally with client teams, including senior stakeholders.
•Prepare for client meetings with appropriate research, hypotheses and discussion material.
•Communicate progress, dependencies and potential issues proactively.
•Build credibility through strong preparation, responsiveness and quality of thinking.
AI-Enabled Consulting
•Use AI tools effectively for research, synthesis, analysis, ideation and productivity while applying independent judgement to outputs.
•Experiment with new tools and methods that can improve the quality and speed of consulting delivery.
•Demonstrate the ability to distinguish between AI-generated information and robust, evidence-backed insight.
What We Are Looking For
Education & Experience
•MBA/PGDM from a strong management institution.
•2–5 years of full-time professional experience after MBA.
•Prior experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, growth strategy, research/advisory or a comparable problem-solving role is strongly preferred.
•Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders will be an advantage.
