As we prepare to represent our company and products later this year, we’re looking for a high-energy, client-facing Business Development Executive eager to contribute to sales, marketing, and business development. Compensation includes a fixed component along with performance-linked incentives.
Product Description EkRasta is a landmark-based navigation and route intelligence platform that helps people create, discover, and share navigational paths beyond conventional street addresses. The platform focuses on destinations that are often hard to locate using traditional maps, such as residential communities, local businesses, rural areas, campuses, construction sites, and temporary venues. By capturing routes enriched with landmarks, checkpoints, and locally understood cues, EkRasta offers precise, context-aware directions that mirror real-world navigation. The team is dedicated to improving how people find places, making navigation more intuitive and reliable for diverse environments.
Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site role based in Indore for a Business Development Executive. You will work closely with our founding team to engage with MSME sellers across Indore. This is a field role focused on understanding seller needs, validating product-market fit, and onboarding early users. You will be interacting directly with business owners, gathering real-world insights, and helping shape how our product evolves.
Qualifications
BBA or MBA graduates specializing in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with client-facing roles
Self-starters comfortable with field work and independent responsibilities
Enthusiasm for tech-driven innovations in logistics and enterprise systems
