We’re Hiring | General Manager – Service (2-Wheelers)
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented GM – Service to lead service operations for our Honda 2-Wheeler dealership network, covering Honda Red Wing and BigWing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall service operations, workshop performance, and customer satisfaction.
Drive service revenue, productivity, profitability, and customer retention.
Ensure high standards of service quality, turnaround time, and customer experience.
Manage and develop service teams, service advisors, and workshop staff.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with Honda standards, policies, and operational guidelines.
Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in 2-wheeler service management, strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a customer-first approach.
