We need a Senior Salesforce QA who can independently own the testing lifecycle. With limited BA support, you will analyze high-level requests and design test scenarios.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Drive QA strategy without heavy BA docs – define test plans & edge cases
Functional, Integration & Regression testing for Salesforce
Validate Service Cloud (Case Management, Routing) + other clouds from basket
Automation (Selenium/Provar/Copado) + Manual testing
Defect Management in Jira, Agile sprints
Lead UAT with business users
🎯 Must Have:
8+ years QA, heavy focus on Salesforce
Wear BA hat capability
Tested integrations between Salesforce & 3rd party systems
🎯 Bonus / Plus:
Salesforce Admin Cert
Healthcare domain experience is a bonus / plus
AI-driven testing tools
