Role Description
The Part-Time Referral Partner — Commission Based role at Niyoos focuses on identifying and referring potential client organizations that could benefit from Niyoos’s AI governance platform. In this remote role, partners proactively reach out to contacts, networks, and communities, introduce Niyoos, and bring qualified prospects to a product demo.
This is a 100% commission-based role with no fixed salary or base pay.
How payment works: You are paid only after a successful meeting — meaning the referred client actually onboards their AI agents onto Niyoos. We then observe the client for 7 days to confirm fit. Once confirmed, you’re paid a fixed ₹1,000 for that client. Payment is not made at the point of referral or demo alone — only after the 7-day confirmation.
Schedule is flexible, but partners are expected to manage their pipeline professionally and keep clear communication with Niyoos on lead status.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of AI agents — what they are and why companies use them
Prior experience in marketing, outreach, or lead generation
Strong LinkedIn presence with good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with a fully commission-based structure (no base pay)
Compensation
₹1,000 per successful client, paid after 7-day onboarding confirmation. No base salary.
