TARA FOUNDING BUILDERS | 4 WAYS TO BUILD SOMETHING THAT MATTERS
We're not collecting résumés. We're looking for people who can help turn a difficult idea into something real.
TARA is building TARA OS — an AI-native economic execution network designed to connect business objectives with capacity, evidence, economic decisions and governed execution.
We're at an early stage. That means there are real problems to solve, assumptions to test and systems to build.
We're looking to connect with people in four areas:
01 — AI & BACKEND BUILDERS
People who can work with Python, APIs, databases, AI models and backend workflows.
02 — PRODUCT & SYSTEMS THINKERS
People who can break complicated problems into logical workflows, rules and decisions.
03 — UI/UX & PRODUCT DESIGNERS
People who can turn complex systems into simple, intuitive digital experiences.
04 — BUSINESS RESEARCH & OPERATIONS
People who can research markets, understand business processes and define how real-world workflows should function.
You don't need an impressive job title. Show us what you can do.
If you're a student, recent graduate, self-taught developer, designer or early-career professional, we'd like to understand how you think and what you've built.
To introduce yourself, send us:
The area you want to contribute to.
One project, problem or idea you've worked on.
One thing you would investigate or build first for TARA.
We're interested in demonstrated ability, curiosity, ownership and honest thinking—not just certificates.
Engagement with this post is an expression of interest, not a job offer. Any actual opportunity will specify its responsibilities, work arrangement, compensation and selection process.
Let's find the people who want to build, not just watch.
Introducing TARA — The Autonomous Economic Network.
We are building toward a future where business objectives can connect with capacity, evidence, economic decisions and governed execution through a more intelligent, coordinated system.
Our ambition is to help bridge the gap between what businesses need and what the world can deliver.
This is an ambitious journey. There is much to build, many assumptions to test and real problems to solve.
We are beginning with a simple belief:
The next era of economic coordination should be more intelligent, connected and accountable.
This is TARA.
From fragmented capacity to governed execution.
Follow our journey as we build, learn and work toward this vision.
Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gujarat, India, with flexibility for partial work from home. Team members will collaborate across AI and backend engineering, product and systems design, UI/UX, and business research and operations to build and refine digital clearinghouse solutions. Daily work may include designing and implementing backend services and AI-driven components, mapping systems architectures, and defining product flows that connect physical supply chains with digital infrastructure. The role involves conducting research on market dynamics and operational models, translating findings into product requirements, and iterating on prototypes with designers and engineers. Responsibilities also cover coordinating cross-functional projects, optimizing internal processes and tooling, and contributing to documentation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
AI and backend engineering skills, such as experience with APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and integrating AI/ML components into production systems.
Product and systems thinking capabilities, including system architecture design, process mapping, requirements gathering, and end-to-end product lifecycle understanding.
UI/UX and product design skills, including information architecture, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and designing intuitive, high-utility interfaces.
Business research and operations skills, such as market and industry analysis, data-driven decision-making, workflow optimization, and operational process design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working on complex, multi-stakeholder systems in logistics, infrastructure, or tech-driven environments.
Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies (e.g., modern backend languages and frameworks, design tools like Figma or similar, data analysis tools, project collaboration platforms).
Effective communication and documentation skills, with an ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Economics, Operations, or a related discipline; prior experience in supply chain, logistics, infrastructure, or deep-tech ecosystems is an advantage.
