About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Product Distribution to lead product distribution strategies, manage distributor and channel partner relationships, and expand our market presence across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product distribution, channel development, sales operations, and strategic business growth.
This role is responsible for building effective distribution networks, optimizing channel performance, and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product distribution strategies to expand market reach across the United States.
Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, resellers, dealers, and strategic channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
Oversee distribution operations, sales performance, inventory coordination, and channel efficiency.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify new business opportunities.
Establish sales targets, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive revenue growth.
Negotiate distribution agreements, pricing structures, and partnership terms.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and senior leadership teams to align distribution strategies with business objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve distribution processes, reduce operating costs, and increase profitability.
Lead, mentor, and develop distribution and channel management teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in product distribution, channel sales, business development, or related roles, including leadership experience.
Proven track record of developing distribution networks and managing strategic business partnerships.
Strong understanding of the U.S. distribution market, channel management, and sales operations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical abilities with experience in sales forecasting, performance reporting, and business planning.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, lead cross-functional teams, and achieve business objectives.
Willingness to travel domestically as required.
