Role Description The Relationship Manager – Real Estate Sales will manage client relationships and drive property sales for residential and commercial projects, primarily in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role involves understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, conducting site visits, and coordinating with developers and internal stakeholders. The role includes guiding clients through the entire transaction process, assisting with documentation, and liaising with financial institutions and legal advisors as needed. The Relationship Manager will maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures, and contribute to market research and local property insights. The position requires proactive lead generation, consistent pipeline management, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a smooth and transparent property journey.
Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in real estate sales, relationship management, or a client-facing role, preferably in residential or commercial property consulting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain property details clearly, and handle client objections effectively.
Ability to understand client needs, provide personalized recommendations, and manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
Basic knowledge of real estate market trends, RERA guidelines, and property documentation; willingness to learn and adapt to evolving regulations.
Comfort with on-site work, regular client meetings, and property visits across Bengaluru; strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms to track leads, prepare reports, and coordinate with the team.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in business, marketing, commerce, or real estate is an advantage.
Fluency in English and at least one local language (such as Kannada or Hindi) is preferred; a customer-first mindset and high ethical standards are essential.
