Manage daily production activities in the sheet metal shop.
Supervise workers and allocate daily work.
Monitor sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, and fabrication work.
Supervise Laser Cutting Machine operations.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Maintain proper attendance, discipline, and housekeeping.
Minimize material wastage and ensure safe working practices.
Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sheet metal /metal fabrication production.
Basic knowledge of sheet metal processes and machines.
Good manpower handling and communication skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and target oriented.

Diploma/ Degree
