At FableKnot, we help couples navigate the world of wedding planning, venue discovery, and vendor selection. We're looking for a confident, English fluent, and people-oriented person who can connect with potential clients, understand their wedding requirements, and guide them towards the right solutions.
What You'll Do
Connect with incoming leads over phone calls and understand their wedding requirements.
Communicate confidently and professionally in English.
Ask the right questions to identify client needs and guide them to relevant FableKnot services.
Maintain lead records and update client information in our database.
Follow up with potential clients
Who We're Looking For
Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills.
A confident, warm, and professional phone presence.
Good listening skills and the ability to understand client requirements.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer relations, sales, hospitality, or client servicing is a plus, but not mandatory.
