Interior Designer

Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning, designing, and detailing interior spaces for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, creating layouts, preparing construction drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves site visits, client meetings, and close collaboration with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is executed accurately. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, requiring regular presence at the office and project locations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and Space Planning for residential and/or commercial projects.
Knowledge of Architecture principles and coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
Ability to prepare and interpret detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
Experience with FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and decorative accessories.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and MS Office.
Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail, with the ability to present concepts clearly.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior studio or site experience is an advantage.
