Senior Product Manager

Drive product strategy and vision in alignment with overall business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and enhancements based on user research, market trends, and competitive analysis

Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the organization

Use data-driven insights to develop and optimize key metrics to measure and improve product performance
Drive successful go-to-market strategies that result in market growth, work closely with relevant teams to ensure adoption and success

Requirements
6+ years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products
Supply chain, fulfillment experience is a plus
Expertise in managing both green field and brown field products, as well as deploying and launching products in regulated environments
Experience leading and mentoring other product managers, while collaborating with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data scientists in an agile setting
Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies, with ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high level of creativity and an ability to think outside the box
A high level of empathy, with skillful communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
High energy and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, diverse environment while working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
