Personal Injury Attorney

Matlin Injury Law is growing, and we are looking to add multiple attorneys to our team.
We have had some of our strongest months as a firm and continue to see significant growth in new cases.
We have always believed in hiring ahead of that growth rather than waiting until we are overwhelmed, so we are looking for great attorneys who want to find a home, grow with us, and be part of what we’re building.
We are open to attorneys at different experience levels. Colorado personal injury experience is certainly a plus, but it is not necessarily required for the right person.

About the Role
Matlin Injury Law is a fully remote Colorado personal injury firm. Our attorneys manage their own caseloads with support from our case management, litigation, operations, and administrative teams.
We are considering candidates for either a full-time W-2 attorney position or an independent contractor / Of Counsel attorney relationship, depending on the candidate’s experience and the structure of the role.
Required Qualifications:
-Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado
-Ability to effectively manage cases, deadlines, and client communications in a fully remote environment
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-Colorado personal injury experience
-Experience using Filevine
Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for a Full-Time W2 attorney is $70,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus 3%–10% commission on net fees based on the applicable compensation structure.
Compensation for independent contractor / Of Counsel attorneys will be structured separately based on experience, production expectations, and the nature of the engagement.
